Passion was the hallmark of this wedding which was photographed by creative and very affordable Sue Reilly Photography. The couple were passionate about each other, music, the beach, having fun, and all aspects of their wedding.
The bride, Michelle, was an excellent communicator. She and her partner, Jeremy, were very clear about the style and vibe of their wedding, and what they were looking for in their photography. They even scouted out locations before meeting with us on the Sunshine Coast for a preview of their wedding day. In keeping with their lifestyle, they wanted a beachy theme for their wedding.
The day started with bridal preparations at the bride’s house. The bride’s flowers were supplied by Flower Bomb. Hair and make-up were supplied by Ava Charles Hair Design and MakeupArtistrybyLauren. The bride’s dress was supplied by Allgoods Bridal.
The beach theme was highlighted by a beautiful wedding ceremony on the grassed dunes outside the Ramada Marcoola Resort. The ceremony location was framed by beautiful, local trees and backed by the sounds of the ocean, breaking just over the grassed dune. The ceremony was officated by the lovely Melissa Thomson who provided a very personalised service for the couple.
Following the ceremony, we went to a cliff-side location overlooking the Coast and then down to the beach for more photos. The location session was followed by the reception back at the Ramada.
The beach theme was carefully picked out in the reception decorations. And everyone enjoyed themselves to the music of the live band, the Cumquats. The gorgeous cake which was cut during the reception was supplied by Confetti Whip.
